Our Process

STEP 1: Let’s Get To Know Each other

Our first conversation will be centered around you. We want to get to know you and see if we would be a good fit for each other. This is either on the phone, at our office or via zoom. We will ask you a few questions, looking for discount options, assets and property to cover. From there we begin to build a risk profile. This typically takes 10-15 minutes. After we have all the information we need, we say a brief goodbye and begin to work but not before we set up our second meeting.


STEP 2: Let’s Go Shopping

With your information in our hands, we then run that information through our comparative rater, which is an advanced piece of technology that shops multiple, top tier insurance companies. This software ensures we are always getting the best price without sacrificing coverage and having high deductibles.


STEP 3: Let’s Review Your Options

Now that we have the best option for your insurance, we have our second meeting. This is where we are exceptionally different from anyone else in the industry. We will sit down with you or via video conference and walk through your policy line by line, letting you ask questions and explaining coverages. We love this part of the process because our clients find it very educational and beneficial. This is so important to us because you should know exactly what you are paying for and how to use your insurance. This process takes as long as you’d like it to take but we won’t leave until you have the information you need to make a decision regarding your insurance.


STEP 4: Let’s Get You Covered

After our second meeting we want to capitalize on the information and get you covered. The process is easy and quick. Once we bind your policies, we will help you generate cancellation letters, new ID cards and answer any questions you might have.


STEP 5: Let’s Grow Together

Now that you are a client at Leisure, we are committed to you. We always give you one person to call should you need anything in the future. Working with us means that we will always have the ability to adjust as the market adjusts. This means that if your renewal has a rate increase that is uncomfortable for you, we can always look around for more options to help with the rate. Our goal is to be your insurance group for the rest of your life.
